On my other Dell Lattitude 5580 that doesn't have nvidia gpu
kernels are.

  53293213 Sep 24 19:56 /boot/initramfs-6.16.8-200.fc42.x86_64.img

Versus this Dell Lattitude 5580 that does have nvidia?

So, each is about 100M larger with the nvidia? Adding up to about
400M for the 3 regular kernels and the rescue kernel.
