(fedora-42; gnome)

When I try to play a commercial 4K ultraHD blu-ray movie with VLC, it seems to just keep loading and loading; nothing shows up. I see no error messages. An archlinux page suggests that I need vlc-plugin-aribb24. dnf says I don't already have it, and can't find it to install it. I found a Fedora packages page for aribb24, but dnf says I already have it.

How do I successfully play the movie?
