Using OMPI 3.1.2, in the hdf5 testpar directory I ran this as a 24-core SMP job (so 24 processes), where $TMPDIR is on ext4: export HDF5_PARAPREFIX=$TMPDIR make check RUNPARALLEL='mpirun' It stopped after testphdf5 spewed "Atomicity Test Failed" errors. _______________________________________________ users mailing list users@lists.open-mpi.org https://lists.open-mpi.org/mailman/listinfo/users
