Ok so you want to tell that i can use same settings.xml and same repository for both java and php code.Java and PHP should be considered as 2 different module.I will have a parent pom where i will list these sub modules.I will have a war file for java and zip/phar file for php and they should be deployed separately? I cant use maven ear plugin?
