Question - do we want Surefire 4.x to require Java 11. Then 5.0 to require
Java 17&Maven 4?

Do we have plans to upgrade our Maven parent pom to require Java 11 (ASF or
only Maven) - as this mean that would be good to prepare all our projects
to use tool chains. We want to keep all other projects to be still java 8,
right?
