Because Eugene has been working on it quietly, and fixed hundreds of issues and so we feel this is actually being close to a 1.0 so the 0.9 is representative of the work that's been done in the last 3 months by the few people working on the integration. Eugene wanted to work in peace scrubbing out some old code that was crap and refactored much of the internals heavily based on feedback from our clients. There's been a huge amount of work that's happened, and the version is representative of that.
