in my POMs SCM Tag i have defined:
<connection>scm:synergy:ProjectName:-:1.7.6:Subproject/1.7.7_OC4J:collaborative</connection>
<developerConnection>scm:synergy:ProjectName:-:1.7.6:Subproject/1.7.7_OC4J:collaborative</developerConnection>
1.7.6 was the last release an 1.7.7 is what i am working for.
Yes,on console i do only a 'mvn SCM:Checkout'

Can you tell us what command you entered please ? (mvn scm:checkout ??? )
