Small Follow up:
i looked at Cruise Control and found this (instance attribute): http://cruisecontrol.sourceforge.net/main/configxml.html#cmsynergy instance No Used to set the project's instance value. As CM Synergy only allows a single instance of a project object in any given database, this attribute defaults to "1", and should not need to be changed by most users.
