Well we work in a different mode. There is no MPP to follow. The features and other development activities are discussed in dev ML, and most of the time we use JIRA for defining features and bugs. You can pick a JIRA issue and submit a patch (while submitting the patch, please ensure to check ASL) I would recommend that you discuss this and get a formal approval from you employer for contribution (I think its Siemens). Many organization's don't allow this and this is implicit with NDA that you sign.
