We are using the same Lombok version: 1.18.4

        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.projectlombok</groupId>
            <artifactId>lombok</artifactId>
            <version>1.18.4</version>
            <optional>true</optional>
        </dependency>

Maven Compiler version is: 3.5.1

The whole project is set to use Java 1.8
