OK, just checking the obvious - seems to have been a stumbling block in a few recent threads. Your reactor build order looks wrong. Wrong or circular dependency in a POM somewhere? You could try commenting out the modules in the parent POM, and adding back one by one until you find the problematic one(s) ? Is the work in progress up somewhere?
