Thanks for fixing this so quickly!

I've retested my app with the latest snapshot, and I'm afraid there's another problem of the same kind with the CDI context.

The web app classloaders are not removed from ThreadSingletonServiceImpl.contextByClassLoader because the clear() method is not called with the matching class loader (StandardClassLoader, but LazyStopWebAppClassLoader is expected).
