Please send your questions to users@openoffice.apache.org we’re volunteers
helping other users to the best of our (limited) knowledge.
The picture you send me can’t be seen by others, hence you limit the number of
users who can help you.
And again the picture shows only the output not the underlying data and 
formulas.
