You missed one step. The file you downloaded probably was a "zip" file. That is, it ended with ".zip" rather than ".exe" . Did you extract all of the files in the "zip" file before burning them to a CD? (There are about 539 files in this one "zip" file.) If not you need to do so. After extracting them and then burning them to the CD, read the SETUP_GUIDE.pdf file before doing anything else. (This requires having Acrobat Reader installed on you computer.)
