I've also unzipped one of the wanted .sxw files, and looked at every file that resulted. None of them seem to relate to Links as far as I can make out.
Well, you probably didn't look deep enought.
First, make a backup of your file.
Unzip the file, open content.xml file.
Searh for: <table:dde-link>
Delete all the content between <table:dde-link> and </table:dd-link>
Save the file
Rezip.
And you should have your document without DDE links.
Or at least this is what I hope, I'm not sure as I didn't try it myself. Remember to back-up the file, just in case ;).
