[users] WRITER: Create template using ONLY our styles

Greetings,
 
We are creating our template for a series of books. We would like to use
paragraph, character, and list styles entirely of our own creation ... that
is, with names we have selected. And we would like to have zero of the
built-in styles in our template.
 
Also, we might like to create or rename a style category.
 
We have looked quite a bit and do not see how to accomplish these things.
Help appreciated! :)
