Jonathan, have you ever managed a team of people? We want meaningful tag names (not List1, List2, and other meaningless items), we want only the tag names we intend to use. Why would anyone wish to train people in what not to use, when the choice not to put it there in the first place seems so obvious? This is entirely a design issue.
