So on the Mac these are the items in the user directory:
Autocorrect
Autotext
Backups
Gallery
Graphics
My Documents
Templates

Looks like extensions are not there but hey, at least I found a few items I
could synchronize between the Macs. I will check the Vista machine on Monday
when I am back at work and have access to it.

This also suggests that it might be possible to use a flash drive as a
common user directory and redirect the paths to the flash drive.
