OK. This now works in SeaMonkey 2.0(x)[1] on nntp (gmane.org) - you have
to add *both* filter conditions:

Filters for: gmane.comp.openoffice.questions
Filter name: Delivered-To
'Match any of the following' - checked
Delivered-to|contains|mailing list [email protected]
Delivered-to|contains|moderator for [email protected]
Perform these actions:
Tag Message|Important

Note: rc2 will be out shortly (within the next few days) and with luck,
