You do not have to be subscribed to this list to post. The best way to
see if someone is subscribed or not is to check the headers for the
following entry:
Delivered-To: moderator for disc...@openoffice.org If you see this
header it means that the person is not subscribed, conversely the lack
of it shows the person is subscribed. You will have to turn all headers
in your mail or news client to find this. Hope this helps
