Thanks Rob.

It says Unknown and when I right click I get the options English (USA),
Norwegian Bokmål, None and Unknown. Don't know where the Norwegian came from,
as I'm in Sweden and formerly had Swedish as an option.

I should have said that I have recently upgraded from 3.1.1 to 3.2.0, and I
have another document created before the change where it says English (UK).
Right clicking that one gives me the same languages as before with the addition
of English (UK). I've now managed to set English (UK) as my default, so thanks.
