Under the help option, it says to view HTML source, select it under
the VIEW tab. Under my VIEW tab, I have:
Print Layout
Web Layout
Toolbars
Status bar
Input Method Status (which is grayed out)
Ruler
Text Boundaries
Field Shadings
etc.
No HTML source tab. What is the scoop?
Michael.
(No need to reply to me directly - I read the newsgroup on Gmane.)
I think the menu you need is in your browser, not OOo. BTW, you are
recognized as subscribed (Gmane injected, actually), so as long as
you use the account you told Gmane about, there's no worry about
getting direct replies.
??? I am not using a browser . . . I am using OpenOffice. The
Writer module to more specific.

New details - very strange . . .
I have several files with the extension .html. When I open some of
them, I get the option to VIEW HTML. In others, I do not. Again, all
of these files end in .html (all lower case.) Any idea why I can view
the HTML source in some files and not the others?
Michael
