There is a maybe better alternative available. Each of the
OpenOffice.orgs mailingllists has an allowed-posters list which can
contain email addresses of people who can post to the list without
being subscribed and without being moderated. Michelle could just ask
the mailinglist administrator to be added to that list. That way
postings wouldn't appear as moderated anymore and no one would reply
directly to her anymore just because the mail is flagged moderated.
Problem solved.

I'm not sure if there is such a list separate from the one used to send
the mail to subscribers. She clearly does not want to be on that one! In
any case, there are certainly plenty of alternatives available to her. I
suspect that if there were a separate list, Paul would already have put
her on it -- it would have saved him the nuisance of passing on all her
posts over the years!
