I am virtually certain I can't do this in excel. Can I do it in OO? Usually, what I want to plot is some kind of price index along with some sort of economic series. Their values are going to wildly different. The price series might be 20,000, while the economic series is 1.8. I want both to fill most of the chart. Putting the scales on opposite sides would be great but not critical.
