Indeed; I hadn't noticed lack of Mac build.
The printing issue would appear to be because I run a pure 64 bit
system, but the Foxit executable is 32 bit. Consequently, trying to
load libraries will fail: Can't load 64 bit stuff into a 32 bit process.
