Hi Edward, I'm not sure what error message you had ( if you sent an image with your message, then it was removed before it got to the list as attachments are seen as a virus threat). So please explain *exactly* what the error message is, and tell us what version of OpenOffice.org you are using. If it is any other version than 1.1.4 then I'd advise you to upgrade if possible ( http://download.openoffice.org/1.1.4 ).
