[users] Downloaded- cannot find

I downloaded your software and cannot see it anywhere on my computer. I had my 
computer cleaned and MSWord was not able to be downloaded even though it came 
with the new computer. In any case, would you kindly let me know where to find 
you in my computer. Does it take the place or do what Word does?
