Yes, there are numerous way to do such. In the print option there is a brochure. It is a bit awkward but it can be done. Format your 8 1/2 * 11 sheet portrait, print landscape as to a 8 1/2 * 14. You will obtain 2 pages printed smaller on one physical page. Make sure that you print all left first. Labels and cards are available also. But someone else is more experienced than I.
