This question can up a little while ago on this list and I admit that it took me a little while to find a mirror that could be used to download old versions. It used to be easier (when people could select their own mirrors) but that confused more people that it helped.
What I did find was the this mirror hosted the necessary files, and looking at it again, I see that there is a 2.0.4 linux version which can be downloaded.
