Dear Sir I've recently downloaded Open Office to my new computer running the Vista Premium OS. All my text files previously created in Microsoft Word 2000 have loaded in and are accessable in Open Office. My spreadsheets however, created in Microsoft Works Suite 2000 have not, and only open with a line of unintelligible text.
There's no "sir". This is a mailing list where anyone can answer questions. Have you tried saving your spreadsheets in Excel format? OOo can open Excel files. My condolences on your purchase of Vista.
