I have two questions, please:

1. Is it possible to get an Outline View at present, such as that in MS Word, whereby one can see a collapsed list of only the various Headings and Sub-Headings - thereby (a) gaining an overview of the structure of a document, and (b) moving rapidly from one Section to another?

2. My spell checker only works occasionally; can you suggest a solution?

Many thanks

Hi Tony,

1. Have you tried using Navigator. Select Edit -> Navigator, or F5.

2. That really depends on what you mean by occasionally.

Try the notes I have on the site www.dictionary.JustLocal.com.au and make sure your dictionary is installed correctly.

Since you are saying it works occasionally, this means the spell checking is working and then perhaps you have text which has a different language associated with it.

Select a paragraph where the text does not appear to be correct and check the language by selecting Format -> Character.

If it is not Australian English, then select the paragraph and change the language to Australian English.

I hope that helps.
