You know, it does actually sound like that is what he's saying. If you
know the format of the file, you can find the "lock" bits and reset them
- perhaps with some OTHER program than the one normally used to access
the file.
Oh, the horror of it - no DRM!!!! Why are people allowed to do things
like Open Source which get around ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL functions like
DRM? There ought to be a law!!!! </sarcasm>
