Hello Dee Dee

We here at the list are users just like you, so I don't think anybody here
will be paying you a refund. If you want your money back, you'll have to
contact the people you gave the money to in the first place.

Better explain to us what you actually did, and also on what kind of
machine. I suppose it's a computer with Windows you're using and then, after
installing OpenOffice.org, you should find it under New > Start > Programs
or something like that (I use Mac...)
