From NoOp Sure. On your OOo top toolbar: Tools|Options|OpenOffice.org|View| Icon size and style: Size is left dropdown - theme/style is right dropdown Small Automatic is the default. But if you select the "Automatic" dropdown you will see themes for HiContrast, Industrial, Tango and Crystal. Selecting Crystal will give you the Crystal Icon them, Tango the Tango Icon theme etc. So you can customize the look of the icon/buttons.
