I made a spreadsheet consisting of several sheets having different sorts of data about recruitment procedure going on in my company using OOo Calc in Debian 4. I am now facing a problem; When I want to have a Page Preview, OOo Calc restricts the preview to only one sheet, that is in the middle of spreadsheets' total sheets. I don't get a preview of all the sheets, even if I am working in Sheet No. 2, or Sheet No. 12. My preview is stucked to Sheet No. 7 for some unknown reason.

If you have defined a print range on one sheet in Calc, this becomes the range for the complete spreadsheet - so no other sheets will print (or display in Page Preview) unless they, too, have print ranges defined. If you want to limit what is printed on just one sheet, you need to add all the other sheets to the defined print range.

For each other sheet, click on the small rectangle where the column and row headers meet to select the whole sheet, and go to Format | Print Ranges > | Add. Or - quicker - select all the other sheets at once (using Ctrl+click on the sheet tabs), and use this technique.

I trust this helps.
