I downloaded this product because I needed software that would function in place of Microsoft Excel. I did the download and paid for it (about $12.00) but I can find no way to get your product to function. Unless you tell me how to get this to work I will cancel the charge when it hits my credit card statement. Thanks for your help. Edward Shiple
