I got the following correct advice from Bob Williams on this list. "When inserting the section, untick the option to 'Evenly distribute contents to all columns' on the Columns tab." However, I now believe that this should be a documentation issue. Neither Help from the columns dialogue nor Help from the help index 'sections' explains (or even mentions) the 'Evenly distribute contents to all columns' option. Further I find the wording of the title 'Evenly distribute contents to all columns' for the tick box ambiguous. I certainly would not have deduced a 'down one column then back to the top on next column' word flow as a result of unticking. Should I make this a documentation issue? -- Regards Bill --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
