It does import the PDF into Draw; unfortunately it only imports the text of the PDF and doesn not import the graphics.
Hmmm.... I just tried the extension this morning, and it imported all the graphics from the graphics heavy PDF I imported. It's not perfect (gradients import kind of oddly), but all graphics definitely did import, and they are editable.
