Pushing builds to el8 and fc30. A few big show stoppers like the lack of
ansible in EPEL 8 (Bug 1744975
<https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1744975>)
and CentOS Community Build System not yet enabled to build for CentOS 8,
but we are working on it.
