Hello Jean,

thanks a lot for the quick response. I will open a feature request for this. Meanwhile I will try to implement a workarround (Maybe enabling the end user web interface of the mailgate, it's not really charming, but it should do the job ;-})

Best regards,
Hartmut

Hello,
Hi,

our antispam mail gateway is sending digest mail to the end users every
day, there the users can select „false-positive“ messages for releasing
from quarantine by mail.

For example, the mailto link for releasing of a quarantined mail looks
like follows:

<a href="mailto:pmx-auto-approve%2bb26b9bcc3f8e60bf5b7a5df5e636d...@mailgate.domain.de?subject=Release%20message%20from%20quarantine&amp;body=%5b%23iGs-1%5d";>[#iGs-1]</a>

With mail clients like Thunderbird Mail or MS-Outlook, a mail with will
be correctly generated which releases the regarding message from spam
quarantine:

To: pmx-auto-approve+b26b9bcc3f8e60bf5b7a5df5e636d...@mailgate.domain.de
<mailto:pmx-auto-approve+b26b9bcc3f8e60bf5b7a5df5e636d...@mailgate.domain.de>

Subject: Release message from quarantine

Mail-Body: [#iGw-1]

When clicking the mailto link in SOGo, the generated mail in SOGo is
malformed:

To: [#iGw-1]
<pmx-auto-approve+b26b9bcc3f8e60bf5b7a5df5e636d...@mailgate.domain.de
<mailto:pmx-auto-approve+b26b9bcc3f8e60bf5b7a5df5e636d...@mailgate.domain.de>>

Subject: Release message from quarantine

Mail-Body: empty

The body will be pasted as first item in to-line, the string
“pmx-auto-approve” will be cutted out and the message body will be left
empty.

Actually, I think the 'body' parameter is ignored, what you see in the 'to-line' is the content of the <a> html tag.

Currently SOGo doesn't have support for the full mailto rfc (2368).
It only supports setting the subject and recipients via a mailto link.

You might want to open a feature request in the BTS for this. (http://sogo.nu/bugs/)

Tested with SOGo 2.0.0 (our actual production system) and 2.0.3 (test
system), both with the same behavior. Tried with IE9.0.12 and Firefox
17.0.1.

Any suggestions or known workaround?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Regards

Hartmut
