​I went ahead and created a repo on GitHub, so that anyone that's
interested can start collaborating on creating tutorials that span an array
of topic areas.​ What I did was simply forked the existing SOGo repo on
GitHub and added a "tutorials" subdirectory -- with an eye toward
submitting Pull Requests to the official repo if we end up creating some
quality guides.
