If you open the "Proterties" menu of an addressbook "Read Only" is
ticked and not changeable (even with the personal AB of that user)
If you open the "Sharing" dialog for an AB or a calendar "Any
Authenticated User" has all rights ticket (which are not there in the
Webui). Even "Public Access" has al rights granted. I you click on
"Public Access" (AB or Calendar) this error is logged:

On the positive side, the ACLs of calendars seem to work better now,
at least the read only calendar I have subscribed is marked as read
only in Thunderbird to. On older Versions I had to fix that manually...
