-100 change to -0.01
-0.0... change to more negative, hope old scores is not the problem

I am not sure what to do about it. My rule says "welcomelist_from_spf", but the header behaves as if the rule were "whitelist_from_spf".

Another problem I see is the difference between spamassassin and spamc: the first includes the whitelist, the second does not. spamc reads from the server, and I did restart it.

its solved when spamassassin 4.1.x is stable, until then both tags hits on spf
