There is also bug 5977 for BSP who still doesn't have a clear way to file a complaint. I just received a spam matching both RCVD_IN_BSP_TRUSTED and RCVD_IN_DNSWL_LOW. Personally, I'd prefer to see all of these white list rules go away.
