I was thinking this is the IP of my Server, but it seems to be clean...
This is the Dial-Up Network of my GSM-Provider Telefonica/O2. Because it
change with every login, I will hit  always  a  listed  IP  and  if  you
imagine, that O2-Germany has only 16384 IP's and most of them are  using
this Windows crap without any protection...
