I agree I have not seen anything like that before and to come from a
legit Yahoo account seems weird. Maybe someone's account / contacts
were compromised.

Now I am worried as to why my SA didn't score this though. This leads
me to beleive that my SA isn't configured and or working correctly. I
would expect to see something like this in my headers:

X-Spam-Flag: NO
X-Spam-Score: -6.599
X-Spam-Level:
X-Spam-Status: No, score=-6.599 tagged_above=-999 required=5
    tests=[BAYES_00=-2.599, RCVD_IN_DNSWL_MED=-4] autolearn=ham

The message I posted shows no 'X-Spam-Score' and I don't understand why...
