Is the whitelist available standalone for those of us who don't use sqlgrey? I couldn't see it and didn't want to grab the entire tarball.

(As I was researching this I came across a posting to the sqlgrey list from 2005 mentioning a whitelist entry request on behalf of a C/R vendor, and my first thought was "what, we want to _encourage_ C/R?")
