Are you positive that this is the cause of the listing, or just speculating. Also, do you only provide inbound filtering to your customers, or outbound too? If you only provide inbound, and your customers are rejecting mails you've already accepted on their behalf (sounds like this may be the case) do you then generate a bounce?
