No, but you can easily test for it. All you need is the string your rule
should match, wrapped in a minimal "message". That is, completely empty
mail headers, an empty line as delimiter, and the actual string as the
plain text body.

  echo -e "\n test string" | spamassassin

Fed to spamassassin, the rule should be included in the resulting X-Spam
headers.
