That not worked. I tested both on MX and Relay. Still the same problem.

# postconf smtp_destination_recipient_limit
smtp_destination_recipient_limit = $default_destination_recipient_limit
# postconf default_destination_recipient_limit
default_destination_recipient_limit = 1
